🍓 75 g cashew nuts (130 g soaked)
🍓 100 g coconut flakes
🍓 100 g dates
🍓 1 scoop of hey´Mo Berries&Fruits blend + some for decoration
🍓 1 tbsp coconut oil
🍓 2 tbsp lemon juice
Soak cashews in hot water for 3 hours or in lukewarm water overnight. Rinse the nuts and strain out the water. Place all ingredients in a food processor or high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
Roll the mixture into small balls. Roll the balls in the Berries&Fruits blend. Transfer the balls to a container and leave in the fridge for an hour to set.
Will keep in the box in the fridge for about a week. Enjoy as is or when you need a boost to your day! 😋
