Vegan cheese cake balls

This healthy and delicious recipe is a great escape from a little hunger or an everyday luxury. Try this easy and tasty treat and be amazed!  

9 balls  

💚 100 g cashew nuts (140 g soaked)  

💚 2 tablespoons of syrup to taste  

💚 A pinch of salt  

💚 1/4 tsp vanilla sugar  

💚 1/2 lime juice  

💚 20 g cocoa butter  

💚 2 tablespoons of nut butter  

💚 1/2 scoop of hey´Mo Super greens blend  

💚 1 scoop of hey´Mo Immunity blend  

💚 1 scoop hey´Mo Fruits & Berries blend  

 

Frosting:  

💚 60 g chocolate  

Soak the cashews either for 3 hours in hot water or overnight in lukewarm water. Rinse the nuts and strain out the water. Add all ingredients (except the blends) into a blender (or a multifunctional machine). Blend until you get a creamy consistency. Remove the mixture from the blender and divide into 3 bowls. Add one hey´Mo powder per serving. After mixing the powders in each bowl, refrigerate for at least an hour. 🫶🏼  

Roll the mixture into small balls. Place the cheesecake balls on a lined baking tray. Chill the balls for another 15 min in the freezer. Melt the chocolate and dip them in the melted chocolate and decorate. Will keep in the fridge for about a week. Enjoy as a little treat or when you need a boost of energy!
