How about some beauty porridge? Start your morning with this super-healthy fresh porridge, packed with ingredients that support the well-being of your skin, hair and nails. Prepare in the evening before bed and start your day with a real beauty food!

💙 1 dl frozen blackberries

💙 1 dl yoghurt of your choice (e.g. coconut flavoured soy yoghurt)

💙 1 dl milk

💙 1,5 dl oat flakes

💙 1 teaspoon of chia seeds

💙 1 measure hey'Mo Collagen Beauty blend

💙 Cardamom

Mix together blueberries, yoghurt of your choice, milk, oatmeal and chia seeds in a bowl. Add the hey'Mo Collagen Beauty blend. Blend until smooth and refrigerate overnight. Garnish with blueberries and fresh fruits.
