Choco brûlée Smoothie pudding

Try out this delicious hey`Mo recipe which reminds us from the iconic Crème brûlée. This is a quick and easy tribute to a classic.

Smoothie pudding
150 g frozen berries
1/2 banana (frozen)
2 tablespoons vegetable milk
1 scoop of hey´Mo Berries & Fruits blend
Sweetening according to taste

40 g dark chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil

Add the frozen berries, ½ banana, vegetable milk and Berries & Fruits powder to a blender. Blend all ingredients and pour the mixture into a small serving bowl. Smooth the surface and place in the freezer while you thaw the chocolate. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a water bath or in a bowl in the microwave, stirring occasionally. Pour the melted chocolate over the cold smoothie and leave to chill for a while. Break the chocolate glaze with a spoon and enjoy!
